Domain: www.iusstudio.shop with its site and mobile application (including the seller portal, hereinafter referred to as "Platform") is owned and operated by IUS Studio (hereinafter referred to as 'IUS Studio'), a proprietor firm incorporated with its registered office in India (hereinafter referred to as "IUS Studio").

For the purpose of the Terms of Use (ToU), wherever the context so requires, ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘seller’ shall be any natural/legal person who has agreed to become a seller on the IUS Studio Platform by providing details for registration on the Platform. The word ‘user’ shall collectively imply a seller, a buyer, and any visitor on the Platform, and the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall mean IUS Studio.

The use of the website/ application/ Platform and the features therein by any seller/user is governed by the mentioned ToU. Sellers will also be required to comply with all applicable policies (on the Platform), notifications & communications sent to them on the Platform.

If any user transacts on the Platform, they shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such a transaction. By mere use of the Platform, the seller will be contracting with IUS Studio, and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute their binding obligations to IUS Studio.

IUS Studio will always have the right to change, add, or remove any portion of the ToU or any other policy at its sole discretion. If any change or update materially impacts sellers, IUS Studio will notify all sellers via any mode of communication specified in ToU. The continued use by a seller of the Platform post changes being communicated will mean a deemed acceptance of all changes. All sellers will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to enter and use the Platform subject to compliance with ToU.

Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the platform indicates the seller’s agreement with all ToU requirements.

Please read the ToU carefully before proceeding. By impliedly or expressly accepting the ToU, the seller also accepts and agrees to be bound by all of IUS Studio’s policies applicable to sellers, as amended, from time to time.

Account and Registration Obligations:
- By registering with IUS Studio to use the Platform, the registered user agrees to provide the requested information as and when requested.
- The user must provide true, accurate, current, and complete details in accordance with the ToU.
- The user shall be responsible for ensuring that their display name, login & password, and other details shared with IUS Studio remain confidential at all times.
- If IUS Studio suspects or finds that the details provided by the user were inaccurate, it shall have the right to suspend, terminate, or block the user account.

Eligibility for Selling with IUS Studio:
- Persons who are of major age and eligible to enter into a legally binding contract (as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872) are authorized to sell on the IUS Studio Platform.
- Minors and insolvents are not eligible to transact with IUS Studio.
- If an account is created on behalf of a business entity, the person registering the User ID must demonstrate authorization to accept the ToU on the entity’s behalf.

Communications:
- By availing of our services, sending emails, messages, or communicating through any mode, the user provides consent to receive communication from us electronically (email, SMS, push notifications, messages on our website, etc.).
- The user agrees that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements for communication in writing.

Platform for Transaction and Communication:
- The Platform is a marketplace where sellers and buyers can independently interact for transactions.
- IUS Studio is not a party to any transactions between users on the Platform.
- IUS Studio does not influence, determine, or control any commercial terms (price, shipping, payment, delivery, warranties, or after-sales services) between the seller and buyer.
- IUS Studio does not take responsibility for representations, warranties, product quality, or buyer identity.
- IUS Studio will not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of contract by sellers or buyers.
- IUS Studio is only a communication platform to help sellers reach a larger customer base.

Use of the Platform:
- The Platform is provided solely as a hosting service for sellers and buyers.
- IUS Studio does not control, verify, or endorse any content posted by users.
- Sellers must ensure that they do not upload or share any prohibited, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, including taxation, customs, and business regulations.

Payments and Transactions:
- Payments between buyers and sellers are direct transactions. IUS Studio only facilitates payment processing.
- IUS Studio is not liable for order non-fulfillment, product defects, or refund issues.
- Refunds and payment disputes are the sole responsibility of the seller.
- The seller agrees that all online bank transfers are processed using third-party payment gateways and IUS Studio is not liable for any transaction errors or failures.

Shipping and Delivery:
- Domestic Orders: Orders are usually delivered within 2-7 days, with a maximum of 15 days for larger orders.
- International Orders: Shipped via India Post International, with delivery in 15-20 days (shipping times may vary based on location).
- The seller is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and timely dispatch of orders.
- IUS Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or failed delivery attempts.
- If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, redelivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds:
- Digital Items: A full refund will be issued if the customer is dissatisfied with the artwork. The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the digital file.
- Physical Items: No refunds for custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Standard items are eligible for a 14-day refund/exchange (check product descriptions for eligibility).
- If an item is received damaged, the customer must inform us within 24 hours with proof (photos) to initiate a replacement.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability:
- The seller indemnifies IUS Studio from any liability, damages, claims, or costs arising due to seller actions, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with laws.
- IUS Studio is not responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized transactions, fraud, product disputes, or buyer non-payment.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian Law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Gaya, Bihar.
